Bay Mechanical and Electrical Corporation provides high quality construction services in Solon, Ohio. Our Solon construction services were put to use at the Nestle Professional Customer Innovation Campus (NPCIC). The NPCIC is a 67,000 square foot, 3-story facility that allows Nestle to work with their customers to help provide them with creative branded food and beverage solutions. Nestle works with food service operators to develop innovative and insightful solutions on how to provide appetizing menus that cater to local tastes. Food service operators can draw on the knowledge of Nestle chefs, food technologists, product developers, and marketing and culinary management professionals.
Bay Mechanical was responsible for the HVAC and plumbing portions of the project. Our construction company provided NPCIC with two 1,300,000 BTU boilers, a steam process boiler system, circulation pumps, piping and a compressed air system. On this Solon construction project, we also installed 12 exhaust and six supply fans, six kitchen exhaust hood systems, six large HVAC rooftop units, 55 VAV boxes and all associated ductwork which was fabricated in our sheet metal shop. All of the systems are controlled by a complete building automation system.
